Shipping
We keep our furniture prices as low as we can and charge delivery at what it really costs to bring the piece to you. That way the combined total — the price of the item plus delivery — is the best value you'll find anywhere for the same piece. Many stores quietly hide the true cost of delivery inside the price of the furniture; we don't.
How your delivery charge is calculated
Your delivery charge is worked out at checkout from three things:
- Where it's going. The country is divided into three regions — East, Central and West. A cross-country delivery costs more than a regional one, and the charge reflects the actual trip your furniture makes from the maker's warehouse.
- What it is. Smaller pieces ship in boxes by ground carrier. Large furniture — sofas, sectionals, beds, dining tables, wardrobes, bookcases — ships on a pallet by freight carrier.
- How much you order. A larger order of boxed items may also be palletized when that is the safer way to ship it, and it is priced as freight.

If your order includes both boxed and freight items, each part is charged by its own table and the two are combined at checkout. You will always see the exact delivery charge at checkout, before you pay — no surprises afterwards.
Pieces that ship from California (our Armen Living and Lumisource makers) are priced on the same tables, mirrored: the West is their home region, so their boxed items run $69–$199 to the West and up to $499 to the East, and their large furniture runs $199–$399 to the West, $349–$599 to the Central region and $549–$749 to the East — the true cost of a cross-country trip.
How delivery works
Your piece ships from the maker's warehouse — our makers are located across the country, including New Jersey, Georgia, California and Illinois — which is why the region it travels to is part of the price.
- Boxed delivery: your items arrive by ground carrier with tracking, like a regular parcel delivery.
- Freight delivery: your furniture travels on a pallet. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule the delivery, and the pallet is placed in the first dry area of your home — garage, porch or lobby.
- White-glove delivery: in-home white-glove service is available in the Tri-State Area. Add a note in the message box during checkout and we will provide a separate quote.
A small number of pieces are shipped by our selling partners and show their own delivery rate at checkout. We currently ship within the United States.
