The perimeter "straight" lines contrast with the sweet curvature of headboard and footboard, making Cloe a rigorous and at the same time reassuring bed. The thickness of the headboard tapers upwards while the bed frame creates a cantilevered effect. Each formal and structural detail is designed to inspire wellbeing to the daily rite of sleep.
Headboard and footboard made from curved plywood veneered on both sides. Headboard side legs made from veneered solid wood without any loss of continuity with the internal face of the headboard. Bed ring made from MDF panels with low formaldehyde content (class E1): composed of a shaped lower structural support 1 7/8” thick and an overhanging finishing surface 3/4” thick. The adjustable bed base mounts allow the use of different sizes of bed bases and mattresses. Wood slats are included. Mattress not included.
Finishes: Stained brushed and heat treated oak veneer with open-pore varnish; Brushed heat-treated oak veneer with open-pore varnish; or Brushed oak veneer matte lacquered.
